Return & Refund Policy - Branch to Hope

At Branch to Hope, we want you to feel confident and cared for in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review the policy below for how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in original condition.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If your item is eligible, you may request either:

  • a refund to your original payment method, or

  • an exchange, subject to availability
     

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products/downloads (including PDFs, digital devotionals, digital leader guides, etc.)

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Opened or used books/workbooks/journals (unless damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, email us before sending it back.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging
     

4. How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, email us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Branch to Hope cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges
If you request an exchange and your item is approved:

  • We will ship the replacement once the original item is received

  • If the replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
     

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank/card account again

  2. Contact your bank/card provider (processing times vary)

  3. If still missing, email us at hello@branchtohope.app and we’ll help
